摘要
针对YJ19型卷烟机打条器在打条时受冲击力大、烟条长且打条器功能单一的问题进行分析探讨。改进后的打条器,在基本动作完成后还有支撑烟条功能,经初步测算改进后每次打条比改进前节约5m卷烟纸。这样不仅能降低消耗,还能延长零部件的使用周期,进一步增加设备稳定性和打条的准确性,减轻了操作工的劳动强度。经过近两年实际运行和对设备稳定状态的观察,证明打条器的改进是成功的。
