随着交通事业的快速发展,交通载荷日益重型化,加速了路面的损坏速度,同时由于雨雪冰冻或施工养护不到位等因素,致使在基层完好的情况下水泥混凝土路面常出现坑槽或麻面等病害,影响行车安全和舒适。除切割路面、重新浇注混凝土的处理方式以外,目前市场上常用的路面快速修补剂是由水泥、减水和早强等材料组成,除早期强度能满足通车条件外,还有基层黏结差、抗冲击差、不耐腐蚀、使用寿命短等缺点。针对以上情况,公司经过多次试验,采用环氧树脂对路面病害行进修补,该工艺对水泥路面出现的麻面、坑槽具有很好的修复效果。
