高校图书馆是学校的文献信息中心,为了适应现代高校图书馆的发展趋势及高校学生和社会读者的多元化、个性化需求,高校图书馆工作必须深入贯彻落实科学发展观,不断探索新的发展理念和服务管理模式,把"以人为本"作为推进高校图书馆工作的基础和前提,确保高校图书馆服务管理和现代化建设不断发展和提高。就"以人为本",推进高校图书馆工作展开讨论,分析高校图书馆工作在"以人为本"方面的落实情况及如何将"以人为本"的核心思想有效落实到高校图书馆工作中。
