松墨天牛诱捕器空间位置的野外对比试验 被引量:42

Comparison of efficacies for Monochamus alternatus adult caught by panel traps baited with APF-Ⅰ chemical attractant placed at different field positions

摘要 为建立科学的林间应用技术,于2013年5-8月在福建省连江县马尾松林中,选用APF-Ⅰ型诱剂,研究了诱捕器空间设置方式对松墨天牛诱捕效果的影响。结果表明,诱捕器布设高度和坡位对松墨天牛的诱捕量具有显著影响,随着诱捕器布设高度的增加,对松墨天牛的诱捕量逐渐增多,布设在3 m高的诱捕器的诱捕量显著比布设在0 m的多,布设在山腰和山顶的诱捕器的诱捕量显著比布设在山脚的多;尽管布设在林内开阔和郁闭处的诱捕器的诱捕量未表现显著差异,但不论松墨天牛雌虫、雄虫还是雌雄总数,布设在开阔处的诱捕器的诱捕量均大于布设在郁闭处的。因此,在APF-Ⅰ型诱剂的应用实践中,选择将诱捕器布设在山腰、山顶或林内开阔处,在便于野外操作的前提下,尽量增加诱捕器的布设高度。 In order to construct scientific application methods, the effects of the trap spatial position on APF- I chemical attractant's efficacy to attract Japanese pine sawyer adults, Monochamus alternatus, were evaluated at Pinus massoniana forest stand of Lian- jiang, Fujian, China in May to August, 2013. The results revealed that height and hill position showed significant influences on APF- I chemical attractant's efficacy in field. The number of Japanese pine sawyer adults caught by traps baited with the attractant increased with the height of trap, and traps placed at 3 m height from the ground captured the most beetle adults. Both the traps placed at top of hill and hillside baited with the lures attracted significant more adults than the traps placed at foot of hill. Even though no significant differences were observed among the amounts of the adults caught by the traps placed at open and shady spots in pine forest stand, there exhibited a trend that the traps captured more adults at open spots than at shady spots. It was suggested that the traps should be selected to place at hillside, top of hill and open spots in the practices of using APF- I chemical attractant to manage Japanese pine sawyer. At the same time, it was an useful option that placing the traps as high from the ground as possible in field manipulation.
