摘要
采用L9(34)正交试验设计进行云南松苗木培育的施复合肥和解淀粉芽孢杆菌菌株B9601-Y2(Y2菌株)浸种2因素3水平的试验,分别在苗龄60、130和200 d时测定苗木生长量及生物量,探究施复合肥和Y2菌株对此阶段云南松苗木生长的影响。结果表明,3个苗龄阶段苗高最高的是施复合肥44 g·m-2与Y2菌株6.4×105CFU·mL-1浸种的组合,分别达4.66、6.90和9.48 cm。影响地径和苗高的关键因子是施肥,实际综合的因素水平最优组合为44 g·m-2复合肥和6.4×105CFU·mL-1Y2菌株浸种的组合。方差分析结果表明,施复合肥和Y2菌株浸种的交互作用显著地影响苗木地径的生长(P=0.015-0.020<0.05),施肥对130和200 d的苗高具有极显著的差异影响(P≈0.000<0.01)。
The L9 (34) orthogonal experimental design was applied to trail effects of two factors of compound fertilizer mixing in nursery media and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens B9601-Y2 presoaking seeds on the growth and biomass accumulation for 60-, 130- and 200-day-old Pinus yunnanensis seedlings. The results showed that the highest height of the seedlings were 4.66, 6.90 and 9.48 cm for mentioned three ages, which was found out treated combination of 44 g-m-2 compound fertilizer with 6.4 x 105 CFU-mL-I of B. amyloliquefaciens B9601-Y2 presoaking seeds. Fertilization was main factor for facilitating the growth of basal diameter and seedling height. The comprehensive optimal treated combination of factorial levels was compound fertilizer 44 g- m -2 mixing in the media with 6.4 x 105 CFU" mL-1 of B. amyloliquefaciens B9601-Y2 presoaking seeds. The ANOVA results indicated that basal diameters were significantly influenced by the interaction effect of the fertilization and B. amyloliquefaciens B9601-Y2 (P =0.015 - 0.020 〈 0.05 ). And there were significantly different effects of the compound fertilizer on seedling heights (P = 0. 000 〈 0.01 ) for 130- and 200-day-old seedlings.
