摘要
对雷公藤主要性状相互关系和地上生物量模型拟合研究。结果表明,植株的最长枝长度、最长枝基径粗度、丛枝数对枝条生物量有影响。利用丛枝数、最长枝长度、最长枝基径粗度、枝条总生物量进行数学模型拟合,y=0.014 4N0.557 3L1.889 7、y=0.015 4N0.563 4L1.818 8D0.139 7、y=0.012 6+0.013 2N0.584 6L1.877 5D0.118 3三个数学模型相关系数最大,均为0.990 6,拟合度也最高,均达到0.981 3,可用于雷公藤枝条生物量预测,但从精度和测量简单程度来看,用丛枝数和最长枝长度对雷公藤枝条生物量预测比丛枝数和最长枝基径粗度更有效。
The fitting research of the interrelation of main traits and aboveground biomass model of Tripterygium wilfordii were conducted. The results showed that: the genetic relationship and diversity of plant were impacted by shoot biomass. Fitting the genetic relationship and diversity by mathematical model : y = 0.014 4N(1.557 3 )L1.889 7 , Y -=0. 015 4N(0.563 4)L1.818 8 O0.139 7 , Y = 0.012 6 + 0.013 2N0.5846LIS775D0.1183. The correlation coefficients of three equations were the same as fitting degree, the equations bad the max correlation coefficients and the highest fitting degree relative to others, they were 0.990 6 and 0.981 3 could be used to predict the branch biomass of T. wilfordii, but to predict the branch biomass of T. wilfordii by plexus and the length of longest branch was more precise and easier than by plexus and the diameter size of longest branch.
