摘要
共同体是一个历久弥新的话题。本文从共同体的东西方不同文化背景差异中,揭示了适合我们共同体的文化根基就是"和而不同";从区域性的现实实践差异中,考察了县域教育共同体的内涵、定位和文化风格,强调了县域教育共同体在教育改革中的基础作用与战略意义;在推进区域教育现代化的进程中,从核心文化、组织文化和策略文化等方面探讨了如何进行教育共同体的重构。
This essay from the differences between eastern and western cultures of community reveals that the cultural foundation right for China is "harmony allowing diversities"; The author from the angle of the regional realistic practice examines the connotation, orientation, and culture characteristics of the county -based education community, accentuating its fundamental roles and strategical significance in education reform; Furthermore, this article also explores the issue of reconstructing education community from such aspects as core culture, organization culture, and strategical culture.
