摘要
选用 5种化学消毒剂对南美白对虾幼虾进行急性毒性试验。结果表明 ,高锰酸钾的 2 4h L C50 、4 8h L C50 和安全浓度分别为 6.2 3× 10 -6、4 .93× 10 -6和 0 .93× 10 -6;无敌消毒液的 2 4 hL C50 、4 8h LC50 和安全浓度分别为 163.7× 10 -6、134 .75× 10 -6和 2 7.39× 10 -6;孔雀绿的 2 4 hL C50 、4 8h L C50 和安全浓度分别为 0 .58× 10 -6、0 .4 3× 10 -6和 0 .0 7× 10 -6;强氯精的 2 4 h LC50 、4 8h L C50 和安全浓度分别为 0 .82 2× 10 -6、0 .796× 10 -6和 0 .15× 10 -6;甲醛的 2 4 h L C50 、4 8hL C50 和安全浓度分别为 93.4 4× 10 -6、75.86× 10 -6和 15.0× 10 -6。南美白对虾幼虾对 5种化学消毒剂的敏感性依次排序为 :孔雀绿 >强氯精 >高锰酸钾 >甲醛 >
A total of 5 kinds of chemical disinfectants were chosen to observe their effects on juveniles Penaeus vannamei. The results showed that the 24 h LC 50 ,48 h LC 50 and the safe concentration of Potassium permanganate were 6.23 ×10 -6 , 4.93 ×10 -6 and 0.93 ×10 -6 respectively; those of WD disinfectants were 163.7 ×10 -6 , 134.75 ×10 -6 and 27.39 ×10 -6 ; Malachite Green were 0.58 ×10 -6 , 0.43 ×10 -6 and 0.07 ×10 -6 ; TCCA Tricholroiminocyanuric Acid were 0.822 ×10 -6 , 0.796 ×10 -6 and 0.15 ×10 -6 ; and Formalin were 93.44 ×10 -6 , 75.86 ×10 -6 and 15.0 ×10 -6 . According to the sensibility of juveniles Penaeus vannamei to five chemical disinfectants, the sensibility from high to low could be ordered as: Malachite Green > TCCA > Potassium Permanganate > Formalin > WD disinfectants.
