摘要
在以CS2 为萃取剂萃取精制M Na盐水溶液的试验基础上 ,考察了CS2 萃取母液的循环对促进剂M的合成及精制全流程工艺的影响 结果表明 :当用于合成反应的CS2 萃取母液循环量保持在一定水平时 ,萃取精制后的促进剂M ,其质量能够达到现行国家标准的要求 ,而产品收率得到了大幅度提高 。
On the base of the process that extracting purification of crude M using CS2 as an extracting agent, the whole process flow of vulcanizing promoter M (2 Mercaptobenzothiazole) is studied. While the extracting agent (containing impurities) is circulated to synthesis reaction. The results demonstrate that the product quality of vulcanizing promoter M produced through the process fits in with national standard, while the circulating amount of extracting agent maintaining a fixed value. However, the product yield is raised remarkably, the amount of tar (by product) is reduced by a wide margin.
