摘要
目的探讨MMP3、TIMP-1、VEGF在正常脑组织与神经胶质瘤组织中的表达及其与肿瘤恶性程度及侵袭性的关系。方法对107例神经胶质瘤标本及9例正常脑组织标本,采用免疫组织化学EnVision二步加强法检测MMP3、TIMP-1、VEGF的表达。结果 MMP3、TIMP-1、VEGF在正常脑组织中的表达(0、88.9%、0)和胶质瘤中的表达(63.6%、43.9%、67.3%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MMP3、TIMP-1、VEGF在低级别胶质瘤中的表达(44.4%、53.7%、48.1%)和高级别胶质瘤中的表达(83.0%、34.0%、86.8%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MMP3、VEGF与神经胶质瘤的恶性程度成正相关,两者可能有协同作用,TIMP-1在高级别的神经胶质瘤中表达降低,可能与其抑制MMP3的能力降低有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of MMP3, TIMP-1 and VEGF in normal brain tissue and different malignant degree glioma tissue which have the different invasion ability. Methods Detected the expression of MMP3 ,TIMP-1 and VEGF in 107 glioma tissue and 9 normal brain tissue by enhancing labeled polymer system ELPS. Results The expression of MMP3, TIMP-1, VEGF in normal brain tissue (0,88.9%, 0) were obviously different from that in glioma tissue (63.6%, 43. 9%,67.3%) (P〈0.05). The expression of MMP3, TIMP-1 and VEGF in the low-grade glioma tissue (44.4%,53.7%,48.1%) were different from the high-grade glioma tissue (83.0%, 34.0%, 86.8% ),P〈0.05. Conclusion MMP3 and VEGF which possibly have the positive correlation with the malignant degree of glioma. The expression of TIMP-1 has reduced,this may be related to the ability of inhibition MMP3 decreasing in high-grade glioma.
