摘要肿瘤细胞远处扩散（转移）是导致实体肿瘤愈后不良的主要原因。因此．从分子和细胞的水平上了解肿瘤细胞转移的机制，是肿瘤生物学研究的主要目的。在一个多世纪以前。StephenPaget提出的“种子和土壤”理论指出肿瘤细胞有向利于它生长的器官转移的倾向。
