网上购买茶叶的意愿研究——以长沙消费者为例 被引量:2

摘要 越来越多的消费者接受并认可网上购物,网上购买茶叶的消费者也越来越多。但关于消费者网上购买茶叶意愿及其因素的研究尚不多见。本文基于TAM模型,实地调查了600个长沙消费者的茶叶网购情况。研究发现:经济损失和隐私安全对购买意愿有显著影响;产品预期、时间损失、消费者权益、网站可信度等因素对其则无显著影响。本文最后提出了增强消费者网上购买茶叶意愿的对策与建议。
