摘要
在杂交水稻威优 35、威优 49的抽穗期 ,从始穗起每隔 4天对其叶片SOD活性测定 1次 ,并测定其用氯仿 -乙醇抑制后的活性 ;用Cu2 +、Zn2 +混合液对大田进行喷施 ,从始穗第 16天开始 ,分析其Cu2 +、Zn2 +离子在大田栽培条件下对水稻叶片SOD活性的影响。试验结果表明 :氯仿 -乙醇能够抑制杂交水稻抽穗期SOD的部分活性 ,有可能在杂交水稻叶片中存在MnSOD ;抽穗期叶片喷施Cu2 +、Zn2
The foliar SOD activities of hybrid rice Weiyou35 and Weiyou49 are determined every 4 days from the beginning of the earing period,and the SOD activities after being inhibited by the inhibitor chloroform-ethanol are also determined.The effect of Cu 2+ 、Zn 2+ which have been sprayed to the fields on the foliar SOD under the common cultivation is also analysed from the 16th day of the beginning of the earing period.The results show that chloroform-ethanol can reduce the foliar SOD activities of hybrid rice in part and Mn SOD exists in hybrid rice leaves probably and spraying Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ may promote the SOD activities during the earing period.
