Preparation and Analysis of Alginate Lyases from Abalone

摘要 从鲍鱼的消化器官中提取裂解酶 ,比较了胃、肠和消化腺中酶的活力 ,并用于海带、裙带菜和条斑紫菜的单细胞分离。结果表明 :三种器官中裂解酶的活力依次为消化腺 >肠 >胃 ,用以酶解上述三种藻类组织的单细胞 ,得率分别为 8.7× 10 6i/g、7.2× 10 6i/g、4 .6× 10 6i/g。 The alginate lyases was prepared from the digestive organs of stomach , intestine and digestive gland of abalone Haliotis diversicolor and the enzyme activities prepared from different organs were compared, then the enzymes were applied to isolate the unicells from Laminaria japonica, Undaria pinnatifida and Porphyra yezoensis. The results indicated that the enzymatic activity from digestive gland was the highest and that from stomach was the lowest , and the number of unicells isolated from Laminaria japonica, Undaria pinnatifida and Porphyra yezoensis were 8.7 ×10 6 g -1 , 7.2 ×10 6 g -1 and 4.6 ×10 6 g -1 respectively.
