地佐辛预处理减轻罗库溴铵注射痛的效果观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察麻醉诱导前地佐辛预处理减轻静注罗库溴铵引起注射痛的效果。方法择期拟行全麻手术患者160例,ASA分级I或II级,采用随机数字表法,将其随机分为地佐辛组(D组)和对照组(C组),每组80例。全麻诱导前D组静注地佐辛5mg,C组静注生理盐水2mL,10min后缓慢推注丙泊酚2mg/kg、芬太尼2μg/kg行麻醉诱导,1min后快速给予罗库溴铵0.6mg/kg。观察并记录两组患者注射痛及推注芬太尼过程中咳嗽反射的发生情况。结果与C组比较,D组注射痛的发生率明显降低,且推注芬太尼过程中咳嗽反射的发生率也明显降低(P<0.05)。结论麻醉诱导前预静注5mg地佐辛可有效减轻罗库溴铵的注射痛,降低芬太尼诱发咳嗽反射的发生率。 Objective To investigate the effect of pretreatment with dezocine to prevent injection pain of rocuronium bromide. Methods One hundred and sixty patients undergoing elective surgery , ASA grade I or II, were divided into two groups by random digits table with 80 cases (n= 80 each): dezocine group (group D) and control group (group C). Before induction of anesthesia, group D received dezocine 5 rag; group C received intravenous infusion of equal volume of normal saline. Anesthesia was induced slowly with propofol 2 mg/ kg and fentanyl 2 ug/kg when the test drug was injected over 10 min, then rocuronium bromide 0.6 mg/ kg was injected after 1 min. The injection pain of rocuronium bromide and the incidence of fentanyl-indueed cough were observed and recorded. Results Compared with group C, the injection pain of rocuronium bromide and the incidence of fentanylinduced cough were decreased significantly in group D(P〈0.05). Conclusion Pretreatment with 5 mg dezocine is effective in reducing the incidence rate of injection pain of rocuronium bromide and fentanyl-induced cough before induction of anesthesia.
