温盐水回流灌肠联合腹部抚触对早产儿胎粪性便秘疗效观察

Curative Effect of Warm Salt Water Reflux Enema Combined With Abdominal Touch on the Premature Meconium Constipation

目的观察温盐水回流灌肠联合腹部抚触治疗早产儿胎粪性便秘的疗效。方法选择2012年1月～2013年12月95例早产儿胎粪性便秘，随机分为观察组48例，使用温盐水回流灌肠联合腹部抚触；对照组47例，采用肛门排气或开塞露肛内注入，观察排便及临床症状消失情况。结果观察组首次排胎粪时间及量、排净胎粪时间优于对照组，治疗效果100％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论温盐水回流灌肠联合腹部抚触治疗早产儿胎粪性便秘，效果显著，无明显副作用，不增加新生儿痛苦，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect in treatment for premature meconium constipation using warm salt water reflux enema combined abdominal touch. Methods Chose the 95 eases of premature meconium constipation between January 2012 and December 2013 as research object. We divided the patients into two groups. The first 48 cases using warm salt water reflux enema combine abdominal touch was observation group. The other 47 cases using the anal exhaust or glycerine enema injection was control group. We observed the conditions of defecation and clinical sympl.oms disappeared between the two groups. Results Observation group in first defecate meconium time and quantity were significantly better than those of control group. The effective rate was 100% . By statistical analysis, the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Warm salt water reflux enema combined abdominal touch in treatment of premature meconium constipation was effective. It had no significant side effects and wouldn＇t increase the neonatal infant pain , These therapeutic methods worth clinical promotion.
