摘要
喷雾干燥是喷雾转变工艺(SCP)制备纳米结构WC-Co粉末的前期工艺.文章探讨了喷雾干燥过程中温度、时间、表硕活性剂等因素对WO_3-CoO复合粉及纳米WC-Co复合粉制备的影响,着重研究了喷雾干燥法制备WO_3-CoO复合粉的形态.
Spray dry processing is the earlier stage of the spray conversion processing to make nanostructured WC-Co powder. Effects of spray dry processing (temperature time and surface active agent atc) are analyzed on preparation of WO_3-CoO powder and nanometer WC-Co powder in this paper. The shape of WO3-CoO powder made by spray dry processing is studied.
