电控柴油机模糊自学习故障预测方法研究

摘要 应用离线模糊自学习故障诊断方法实现了电控柴油机故障的诊断与预测.离线模糊自学习故障预测方法作为发动机故障诊断与系统检修的一种辅助手段,为发动机工程师进行发动机维护与检修提供一种方便、有效的工具,该方法具有间接、自学习、联想等特点,其诊断范围非常广泛,可以由发动机扩展到整车的故障预测. In this paper, the method of trouble diagnosis of out-line illegibility self-study is applied to realize the. trouble diagnosis and forecast of electronic-control diesel, as a auxiliary method assistant of engine trouble diagnosis and system repair, it has the characteristics of indirectnes, self-study and association. The method of out-line self-study illegibility trouble forecast supplies a convenience and effective tool of the engines maintenance and examine for engineers. This method has a very abroad diagnosis range,it can forecast diagnosis from engine to the whole vehicle.
