基因重组链激酶与尿激酶治疗高血压脑室出血的对照研究

Contrastive study of gene-recombinant streptokinase and urokinase in the treatment of hypertensive intraventricles hematoma

目的讨论基因重组链激酶在治疗高血压脑出血破入脑室中的作用。方法通过前瞻性对照研究观察近远期疗效。结果基因重组链激酶组较尿激酶组术后第 1天平均引流量及第 4天脑室血肿减少量差异具有显著性 ;术后病死率及功能预后的差异亦有显著性。结论基因重组链激酶比尿激酶能更好地溶解引流脑室内血肿 。

Objective To study the local use of gene recombinant streptokinase (r sk) in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hematoma broken into ventricles of the brain.Methods A prospective contrastive study of the short term and long term curative effect was carried out between r sk group and the urokinase group.Results When the r sk group was compared with the urokinase group,there was an evident difference in the average volume of flow in the 1 st day after operation and the same obvious difference was also shown in the volume of the intraventricular hematoma in the 4th day after operation.Significant difference was also found in the mortality and the function prognosis.Conclusion Compared with urokinase,the r sk can better dissolve the intraventricular hematoma during drainage,and more evidently decrease the mortality and the disability rate.
