摘要
我国目前存在的地表水水质监测和污染源监控是两套相互独立的监测体系,分别覆盖了地表水体以及污染源排放,但是两套监测系统各自为政,因此需要建立城市水环境监测网,在城市范畴内将上述两套监测体系有效结合起来,实现城市水环境的全方面自动监测。提出了城市水环境自动监测与预警系统建立的方法、工作流程以及存在的问题,以期为今后建立相关的系统提供理论依据。
Currently, there are surface water quality monitoring and pollution monitoring in China, they are two mutually independent monito- ring system, eQvering the surface water and pollution sources. But these two monitoring systems are independent, so the urban water environ- ment monitoring network needs to be established, so these two monitoring systems can be combined effectively to achieve automatic monitoring on all aspects of urban water environment. The established methods, work processes, and problems of the urban water environment automatic monitoring and early warning system were put forward, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the future establishment of system.
