Research Progress on Detecting Residues of Chlorpromazine and Diazepam in Foods

食品中镇静剂类药物的滥用对食品安全以及人类的健康构成了严重的威胁,因此加强对食品中镇静剂残留的监测十分重要。对免疫学方法、色谱技术、化学发光法在氯丙嗪和安定残留检测中的应用进行了总结,并对其应用前景进行了分析和展望。

Abuse of sedative drugs in foods posed a serious threat for food safety and human health, so it is very important to strengthen the resi- dues monitoring of sedatives in food. The application of immunological methods, chromatography and chemiluminescence methods in the detection of residual chlorpromazine and diazepam were summarized, and the prospect of the three methods were analyzed and forecasted.
