扫描电子显微镜在农业院校农业类课程教学中的应用

摘要 介绍了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的工作原理及其特点,并阐述了这种光学仪器在土壤地质、物种、食品科学及水族科学等农业相关科学领域教学中的应用,分析了扫描电子显微镜对农业科学发展的贡献,指出其在农业院校的特色专业教学中具有重要的作用与地位。 The working principle and characteristics of scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) were introduced, and the application in soil, species and food science teaching courses was elaborated. The SEM has made great contribution on agriculture science and has played impor- tant role in teaching for agricultural college students.
