摘要
旅大10-1油田A5井聚合物堵塞日益严重,通过多种化学分析方法对现场堵塞垢样进行了组分分析,并针对堵塞物特点开发了一种新型复合解堵工艺;通过对复合解堵工艺的垢样溶蚀试验评价和解堵物模试验评价表明,复合解堵工艺能够有效地降解注聚井堵塞物、恢复地层渗透率和吸水性能。对A5井进行了现场解堵试验,解堵后目标地层吸液量由502m3/d上升至800m3/d,取得了良好的解堵效果。
The blocking of polymer was increasingly serious in Well A5of LD10-1Oilfield,so various chemical analysis methods were used for analyzing the compositions of scaling samples in the oilfield.In consideration of the characters of the stemming,a new composite technique was developed for blocking removal,a dissolution test for scaling sample for the composite blocking removal technique and simulation test for the blocking removal were evaluated.The results show that the composite blocking removal technique can be used to reduce the polymer blocking in the wells,restore permeability and water absorbing ability in formation.In December 2011,a field test for blockage removal was carried out in Well A5.The fluid adsorption capacity in the target zone increases from 502m3/d to 800m3/d,a remarkable blocking removal result is obtained.
