Study on the wear resistance of the pressing die of high pressure spraying nozzle blank with hard alloy

研究了硬质合金 (YG14)和45钢渗硼层、硼铬共渗层的耐磨性。在此基础上 ,进行了模具寿命对比试验,确定了合理的模具选材和表面强化工艺。

The wear resistance of hard alloy (YG14) and boronizing layer,boron-chromizing layer for steel 45 was studied. On this basis, the contrast test of die lifetime was done, the reasonable die material and face-hardened technology were determined.
