本文提出一个新的Web搜索引擎框架GSE,并提出了一个适应Web信息获得与处理的语言WIRPL,通过WIRPL可以将多个Web搜索引擎结合起来 。

In this paper, a new frame work of Web search engines GSE is described, and a language WIRPL is given , which is useful for the Web information retrieving and processing . By WIRPL ,multi_search engines the combined, which provides users a consistent, effective and accurate Web search engine.
