Determination of total sulfur in spent caustic from the cleaning of Coal

洗煤废碱试样经处理 ,加入过氧化氢 ,将反应液放置1h后 ,用盐酸酸化 ,使反应进行20h。由高氯酸钡滴定生成的硫酸盐 。

Hydroqen peroxide was added to the treated spent caustic from the cleaning of Coal,the redctants were sit for approximately 1 hour at room temperature.Hydrochloric acid was added to solution and allon the reaction to proceed for at least 20 hours.Sulfate was determined by titration with barium perchlouate,the results wene satisfactory.
