摘要
将001×7强酸性阳离子交换树脂在不同条件下用硫酸铝溶液改型为Al-型 ,用于除氟。实验结果表明 ,交换柱高40cm ,流速5~7cm /min ,可将含氟9.20mg/l的高氟水降至0.12mg/l左右,除氟容量可达5.30mg/ g。对含氟滤液用铝试剂法鉴定Al3 +离子 ,呈负反应。除氟后的树脂仍用硫酸铝溶液再生。
Model-Al strong acid cation exehange resin was transformed 001×7 strong acid cation ere_hange resin into with Al2(SO4)3 solutiun.The results indicate that,when the exchange column is 40cm high and the rate of flow is 5~7cm/min ,the fluorine content of 9.2mg/l is redneed to 0.12mg/l or so influorine_containing weter.The capacity of fluorine removing reaches 5.3mg/g.Al3+ is appraise in fluorinecontaining filtrate by Al reagent,it is negative.The used resin can be regenerated with Al2(SO4)3 solation.
