摘要
本文就基于能力与资源的思想演化进行了论述 ,并提出了相应的框架。
The paper addresses the evolutions of competitiveness of manufacturing in the world,and stresses the importance of competencies to build the world\|class manufacturing,also the effect of internationalization upon the competencies is discussed.
