摘要 本研究旨在描述古巴电信与信息技术基础设施。文中评论了古巴国家创新系统的由来与发展、古巴电信基础设施制度及管理特征 ,并阐明了进一步研究的建议。 This paper concerns the telecommunication and information infrastructure in Cuba,and describes the characteristics of national innovation,telecommunication infrastructure.
