蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合二硫化硒洗剂治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with selenium disulfide Lotion in the treatment of acne vulgaris

目的观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合二硫化硒洗剂治疗寻常痤疮疗效和安全性。方法 150例寻常痤疮患者随机分成A、B、C组各50例,A组采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合二硫化硒洗剂治疗,B组采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗,C组采用二硫化硒洗剂治疗。均治疗30d。观察3组临床疗效。结果 A组总有效率高于B组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组痊愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组痊愈率和总有效率均高于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合二硫化硒洗剂治疗寻常痤疮安全有效。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with selenium disulfide lotion in treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 150 cases of patients with ache vulgaris were randomly divided into group A, B and C, each of 50 cases. The group A was given Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with selenium disul- fide lotion for treatment, the group B was given Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid for treatment, and the group C was treated with selenium sulfide lotion. Results The total effect rate of group A was higher than that of the group B, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）, but there was no significant differences of cure rate between 2 groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. The total effect rate and cure rate of group A were higher than that of the group C, and the differences were statistically Signifi- cant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with selenium disulfide lotion is safe and effective in the treatment of ache valgaris.
