围术期控制性降压的临床应用 被引量：3

摘要 控制性降压技术是现代医学中常用的临床麻醉基本技术之一,对于血液的保护,节约血源,改善外科手术条件,增加患者围术期安全性,减少手术并发症等十分重要.我院自2008年5月以来,对于创伤大、渗血多或出血难以控制的手术,血源供应不足或大量输血有困难的手术,成功的实施了围术期控制性降压,取得了非常明显的临床效果,既节约了血液,改善了术野环境,又增加了围术期的安全感.现报道如下.
