摘要
通过某大型老年住区的规划设计,从自然环境、规划理念、规划措施、户型优化等方面入手,对混合老年社区的规划理论和实践进行了思考,同时对中国城市老年住区的发展趋势提出了一些探讨性的设想。
From the planning and design for some large-scale elderly residential complex, the paper considers the planning theory and practice for the mixed elderly communities from the natural environment, the planning ideas, the planning measures, and the house type optimization, and points out some exploring ideas for the development tendency of elderly communities in Chinese cities.
