通过分析铁路主要行车房屋管理的特点、对行车房屋漏雨病害处理的要求和现状,找出了在漏雨病害应急处理方面亟待改进的问题,介绍了JS聚合物水泥防水涂料的特性、施工方法及效果,证明了JS聚合物水泥防水涂料可以满足行车房屋漏雨病害应急处理的需要。

Through the analysis on the characteristics of railway main vehicle housing management, this paper discussed the requirements and current situation of driving house leak diseases treatment, found the improvement problems in leak diseases emergency treatment aspect, intro- duced the characteristics, construction method and effect of JS polymer cement waterproof coating, proved that the JS polymer cement waterproof coating could meet the need of driving house leak emergency treatment.
