Studies on Pre-Steady State Enzyme Kinetics of Substrate Inhibition of Two Enzymes System(where two kinds of enzymes are inhibited)

以非稳态酶动力学的布尔函数图形方法 ,来研究一类抑制二种酶的二酶系统底物抑制的“稳态前”非稳态动力学 ,推导出此类反应的“稳态前”非稳态酶动力学方程 ,并对此动力学方程进行了研究 ,讨论了这类二酶系统底物抑制动力学的“稳态前”非稳态动力学过程 .

The Boolen function graphic analysis applicable in the pre_steady state enzyme kinetics has been applied to the analysis of pre_steady state enzyme kinetics of substrate inhibition of two enzymes system(where two kinds of enzymes are inhibited).The rate equation of this two enzymes enzyme_catalysed reaction system has been discussed.
