结合工联岔系列高锰钢与钢轨闪光焊焊接实例,介绍了闪光焊接的焊接工艺和参数确定,分析了焊接接头产生的常见缺陷及防止措施,总结了闪光焊焊接技术和质量控制,以提高轨件闪光焊接接头合格率。

Based on the welding of rail and high manganese steel for GLC turnout series as an example, this paper introduces the welding proce- dure and parameter determination of flash welding, analyzes the common defects of welded joints and the preventive measures, and summarizes the welding technology and quality control of flash welding so as to improve the percent of pass of rails with flash welding.
