摘要
针对港口外包工程安全管理上存在的安全管理程度低、作业人员安全理念与技能低、安全投入少等主要问题进行了分析,提出了加强港口外包工程安全管理的主要措施,以实现工程的安全生产。
The paper analyzes main problems in the safety management of port outsourcing projects, including the low safety management, the safety ideas for the construction personnel, the low skills ideas and insufficient skills, and few safe investment, and points out the main measures to improve the safety management of the port outsourcing projects, so as to realize the safety production of projects.
