简单介绍了使用P6软件的起源、作用及工作原理,着重对P6软件实现滚动计划功能、报表功能、问题功能及解决项目问题等几项实用功能作了阐述,促使P6软件在项目管理中发挥其应有的作用。
The paper briefly introduces the origins of P6 software, its roles and working principle, and mainly indicates some practical functions of P6 software, including the rolling plan function, the report function, the problem functions and solutions to problems in projects, so as to en- hance its application for P6 software in the project management.
