摘要
叙述了采用高压液相色谱分析多·烯可湿性粉剂中有效成分多效唑、烯效唑的含量。多效唑、烯效唑变异系数分别为 0 .32 %和 1 .7% ;线性相关系数分别 0 .9991和 0 .9995;平均回收率为 99.4 %和 98.5%。
A high performance liquid chromatography method to determine two active ingredients paclobutrazol and uniconazole m D_Xi was describled.The Results showed that coefficients of variation were 0.32% and 1.7% for paclobutrazol and uniconazole,and linear correlation were 0.999 1 and 0.999 5,and average recovery were 99.4% and 98.5% respectively.
