大成管理学,从整体上研究人的生存发展规律,本质是人与人的一切活动关系和谐协调、动态均衡与持续生态发展等,诸如人类生存活动的公共关系、目的运动、生态平衡发展等基本规律。它是一种宏观战略管理学,其指导思想大成管理哲学属于战略管理哲学思想范畴,即生态哲学、和谐思想、平衡理论、大成智慧的总汇。从内涵本质、演变发展、构成要素来看,情理法度和人才、关系、资源、和境,涉及大成管理哲学、大成管理美学、大成管理伦理学、大成管理功效学等诸多学科,包括领导理念、基层组织、资源环境和管理过程、模式、任务、责任、实践体系等。

Dacheng management science studies the survival development law of the people on the whole and its nature is about the whole activities relationship among the people ,harmony coordination dynamic balance and continued development .It also studies the basic law of the public relations ,purpose movement and ecological balance development of the people’s survival activities .It is a macro-strategic management science and the guiding ideology is belonging to the scope of strategic management philosophy ,that is ,the con-course of ecological wisdom ,harmony management ,balance theory and Dacheng wisdom .Judging from the connotation of nature ,evo-lution development and element of constitution ,it is about the law and reasonable program ,talent ,relations ,resources and harmony . It is involved Dacheng management philosophy ,Dacheng management aesthetics ,Dacheng management ethics ,Dacheng management ergonomy and many other disciplines ,including leadership theory ,grass-roots organizations ,the process of resources environment and management ,patterns ,tasks ,responsibilities and practical system .
