重视特殊情况下母乳喂养指导 被引量：3

摘要 母乳喂养对于母亲和婴儿的健康均有积极影响。母乳是婴幼儿最理想的天然食物，含有婴儿生长发育必需的各种营养成分；母乳喂养可降低婴儿急性感染的发生，比如腹泻、肺炎、耳部感染、流感嗜血杆菌感染、脑膜炎和尿路感染；母乳喂养延长了母亲生育期，降低了产后出血，绝经前乳腺癌和卵巢癌的风险。研究还证实，婴儿期的母乳喂养有利于青春期或者成年后保持相对较低的血压和血清总胆固醇，以及相对较低的2型糖尿病,
