摘要
"三集五大"体系建设是公司发展方式的一次根本性转变,国网浙江信通公司作为信息通信项目承建单位,如何将实施厂商、业务需求部门、信通公司等纳入全过程管控中,提升项目全过程管理能力,高效贴近业务需求,突出信通支撑作用是迫切需要研究的课题。文章结合深度探索和具体实践,阐述项目建设管理全过程绩效评价体系设计目标、理论依据和内容,从进度、服务配合、服务配合、质量、风险4个方面展示应用效果。
The "Three Intensive Management and Five Large-scale Movements" system is a fundamental change in the development mode of power companies. As a project constrtlction unit of information and communication related projects, Information and Communication Branch of State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company takes how to play the support role of information and communication in making manufacturers, business departments, inlbrmation and communication branch under the whole management and control, and in improving project life- cycle management ability as an urgent research topic. This paper combines the depth of exploration with practice, describes the design objectives, theoretical foundations and contents of the performance evaluation system tier the project construction life-cycle management, displays application effects from four aspects of schedule, service cooperation, quality and risk.
