摘要
智能变电站作为智能电网的核心支撑资源,直接关系到不同区域电量的供给问题。从威胁建模角度对智能变电站的业务场景和数据流进行抽象和分析,在电力二次系统安全防护总体原则中"安全分区、网络专用、横向隔离、纵向认证"的基础上,提出了构建以"安全管理、平台加固、通信防护、集中监控"为核心的立体、全面的智能变电站安全防护体系。
As the core of smart grid support resources, intelligent substations directly impacts on the power supply of different regions. From the aspect of the threat modeling, this paper models and analyzes the business scenarios and data stream of intelligent substations. Based on the existing power secondary system security protection guide "security division, decidated network, horizontal isolation and vertical authentication", this paper puts forward a three-dimensional and comprehensive security protection system with the principle of secure management, reinforced platform, communication protection and centralized monitoring.
