摘要
提出了一种利用霍尔电流传感器与数字电压比较器(CMP)监视回路电流,以快速识别低压大电流供电系统短路故障并进行系统保护的方法。此设计采用软、硬件结合的方法,电路结构简单,保护动作电流可任意设置,体积小,方便集成到电器系统中,并具有自恢复能力,检测回路无压降。通过对样机的实验测试表明,该方法具有良好的有效性和实用性。
With the application of Hall current sensor and digital voltage comparator owned by Kinetis microprocessor, a new method which can quickly identify the short-circuit fault of DC system and implement protection measure immediately was pro- posed. This method is the combination of hardware and software. So it is convenient to set up the action current value, the action time and the self-recovery time. Moreover, this method possesses the excellent features of minute extension and highly integration. The experiment result shows that this method owns well validity and practicability.
