摘要
结合预应力闸墩设计、施工过程中遇到的一些问题,对闸墩设计中的闸墩厚度、应力控制、混凝土强度等级、钢筋布置、裂缝控制、试验监测锚索布置等问题进行思考,总结经验,使设计与分析计算充分考虑现场施工的实际情况,通过改进技术,确保施工质量,使预应力闸墩设计更加经济与安全。
For solving the problems encountered in the design and construction of pre-stressed piers, some design issues of pre- stressed pier are studied, including pier thickness, stress control, concrete strength classification, reinforcement layout, crack control and anchor test and monitoring, and some experiences are summarized. It can make the design of pre-stressed pier more economic and safe by improving technique and ensuring construction quality in the way of combining the design and construction fully with actual situation.
