摘要
基于ANSYS与iSIGHT集成优化平台,集成非劣排序NSGA-II多目标遗传算法,建立伸缩布料机整体结构参数化数值模型,对某型伸缩布料机进行了多目标优化设计。Parto解集中3个典型的优化设计方案与初始设计方案对比分析结果表明,多目标优化后的伸缩布料机的静动态性能有所提高,为设计可靠、经济和高性能的伸缩布料机奠定了基础,也为其他非标装备机械优化设计提供参考。
The parametric modal of extension distributor is developed and the multi-objective optimization on the design of distributor is carried out based on the integration function and optimization function of platform iSIGHT that integrating ANSYS and Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm NSGA-Ⅱ. Three typical optimization schemes are compared with the initial design. The results show that the static and dynamic performances of distributor are improved after the multi-objective optimization, which lays a solid foundation for the design of reliable, economic and high-performance extension distributor.
