摘要
应用NUMECA公司的FINE软件,采用Navier-Stokes方程组和Spalart-Allmaras湍流模型,对两种离心泵内部流动进行数值计算,得到叶轮内流场在3种不同工况下的流动分布。结果表明:增加叶轮叶片能有效的改善液流的流动稳定性,对提高整个泵的高效区范围和扬程有显著作用。数值模拟可以准确的对离心泵内部的复杂三维流动与水力性能进行有效预测。
Based on FINE software developed by NUMECA Company, the Navier-Stokes equations and Spalart-Allmaras turbulent model are used to numerically calculate the internal flow of two centrifugal pumps. The distributions of inner flow field are obtained under three different operation conditions. The analyses show that the increase of the number of impeller's blades can effectively improve the flow stability of fluid and the high efficiency zone range and lift of pump can be greatly enhanced. Compared with test results, it is obvious that this numerical simulation can accurately predicate the complicated three- dimensional flow and the hydraulic performance of centrifugal pumps.
