摘要
在工程项目尤其是大型水电工程实施期间工期难免会发生变化,要么工期延误,要么业主要求提前完工或赶回前期耽误的工期。非承包商原因导致工期延误或加速施工(赶工)时会增加费用导致索赔。为有效量化索赔费用,根据合同执行过程中已知工期、投标报价、实际结算、进度数据,基于挣值分析法(EVA),采用数学模型技术(MMT)寻求工期变更索赔费用计算的一般数学方法。
The schedule is inevitably changed in the construction of projects, especially for large hydropower projects, because of schedule delay or employer required ahead of schedule and acceleration. The delays and acceleration not caused by contractors usually leads to schedule claim. In order to effectively quantify claim costs, the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and Mathematics Model Technology (MMT) are used to study the general calculation method of schedule claims according to schedule plan, tender offer, interim payment and actual schedule.
