Comparative Analysis on Structure and Properties of HDPE Hollow Speciality Resins for Containers

对2种市场认可度高的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)中空专用树脂的物理机械性能、动态流变性能和熔体强度进行了分析。结果表明,上海赛科石化公司的中空树脂样品具有较高的相对分子质量和支化度、耐环境应力开裂性能更好的特点,独山子石化公司的中空树脂样品相对分子质量分布略窄,大分子链含量低于赛科石化的。

The physical and mechanical properties,dynamic rheology,and melt strength of two kinds of high density polyethylene （HDPE） speciality resins with high degree of market acceptance used for hollow containers were analyzed.The results show that in those two kinds of HDPE,the HDPE made by Shanghai SECCO petrochemical company has higher relative molecular mass and branching degree,and better environmental stress-cracking resistance,and HDPE made by Du Shanzi petrochemical company has narrower relative molecular mass distribution and lower content of high molecular weight.
