中小企业融资服务问题探析

The Study on the Service for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises' Financing

中小企业是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要组成部分,在繁荣经济、增加就业、推动创新、维护稳定等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但中小企业"融资难、融资贵"问题依然存在,这其中既有企业自身的问题,外部融资环境不完善也是重要原因。本文从企业自身和外部环境两个方面客观分析了制约中小企业融资的深层次原因,并提出拓宽融资渠道、构建多层次的中小企业融资服务体系等政策建议。

Small and medium-sized enterprises are the important part of the national economy and social development in China, and plays an increasingly important role in booming the economy, increasing the employment, promoting the innovation, and main- taining the stability and so on. But the problems that small and medium-sized enterprises have difficulties in financing and the cost of financing is high have still existed, which results from not only the enterprises themselves but also imperfect external financing envi- roument. The paper objectively analyzes the deep reasons which restrict the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises from two aspects of the enterprises themselves and the external environment, and puts forward policy recommendations such as broadening the financing channels and constructing a multi-level financing service system for small and medium-sized enterprises.
