摘要
针对西安市第六污水处理厂一期工程进水水质相比设计值发生重大变化和相应的泥质变化,对污泥深度处理系统设计采用的生物沥浸工艺特别是遴选沥浸微生物进行了相应的研究和试验,通过增加培菌池等工艺改进和较小的工程措施,完成了菌种培养、扩大、驯化和工艺参数调整优化等生物沥浸改进工艺调试,达到了污泥深度处理的设计要求。
Based on the fact that there were great changes on the influent wastewater quality and the corresponding sludge changes in the first stage project of the Xi' an No. 6 Wastewater Treatment Plant, study and experiments were carried out on the bioleaching process used in the advanced sludge treatment system design and the selection of bioleaching microorganism. Through the construction of the bacteria culture pool and some other engineering measures, the bioleaching upgrading process adjustment, which included the adjustments on bacteria culturing, increasing, taming and process parameters, was completed. The results met the design requirements on advanced sludge treatment.
